My thoughts on the Master Series The Asylum device, purchased online from Extreme Restraints for roughly $120.
CONSTRUCTION Cage: 4” long, 1.3” diameter; Urethral spout: 2” insertable length, 0.25” in diameter; Ring: 1.75” in diameter. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is definitely a robust piece of equipment. The bars are fairly thick and all have rounded edges. While the welded joints are smooth with no jagged bits to cut skin, I feel the base ring could be better if its edges were smoother; however, this isn’t a dealbreaker. There’s also a hollow urethra insert that is curved to match the device’s shape, screwing into the tip. A small padlock comes included, but the website also stocks tiny numbered plastic locks (they are sold individually but come in packs of 10). COMFORT It offers reasonable comfort. The steel components are rounded and smooth (though the base ring isn’t as perfectly round as it could be). There’s nothing particularly uncomfortable about it, though obviously a chastity device isn’t primarily designed for ease. Basically, no unnecessary pain. The only downside regarding comfort is the padlock itself. It is slightly too thick for its hole. I mean, it fits and locks properly, but because it doesn’t hang quite as loosely as expected, skin can occasionally get caught or pinched. A minor issue that’s easily fixed. CLEANING Cleaning presents no issues. The spacing between the bars allows easy access with a shower head spray, and there is sufficient airflow afterward to aid drying. I believe this reduces the likelihood of skin irritation. WEAR DURATION (BETWEEN CLEANS) It is certainly suitable for long-term wear. Just ensure you dry it well after getting wet for any reason. There’s nothing that makes skipping a clean unpleasant, though I can’t do it full-time due to work constraints; when the opportunity arises, it works fine. STYLE Hard to say what else to mention… It looks more masculine and intense compared to plastic or silicone options. FIT I fall into the shower-not-grower category. When erect, I comfortably pass the toilet paper roll test, but when soft, my size is small enough for the “small/medium” cage. Following advice, I measured myself while soft at about 1.8”. The base ring is 1.75”, fitting quite snugly, so just ensure your skin isn’t bunched up when putting it on to avoid unnecessary pain. Note that a larger version exists (marketed as “medium/large”). However, unless you are thicker and longer than average while soft, I think it’s likely overkill. That’s my guess based on observing soft members in the shower room. SECURITY I seriously doubt I could remove this thing without losing a ball. The ring is tight enough that there is no slipping at all, not even close to happening. ad147acloseup_340_325.jpg
