Greeting everyone! This is my debut post after lurking and researching for a while! First off, thank you CM for all the helpful insights and encouragement; I’d love to see more of that and hope I can offer similar support to others in time.

I’ve been exploring and getting comfortable with chastity for over a year now. Like many here, I felt I was masturbating too frequently. After discovering it online, I talked things over with my wife about whether chastity might help us. I began using a CB-6000, doing lock-ups lasting several days at a time, and eventually switched to an MM Jailbird a few months back. My wife is now my KH, and we are gradually increasing our release frequency up to once a week.

My libido runs much higher than hers does. For us, it represents my willingness to save sexual release for her, rather than just being a kink or part of an FLR dynamic. She no longer feels pressured into sex… only if she’s in the mood. Otherwise, she is content with pleasureing me while knowing I haven’t masturbated without her involvement. It might not be how many here view chastity, but it fits us perfectly. We feel our marriage has improved greatly so far, though there are still times when it isn’t easy.

Yesterday, she asked that I stay locked for the next few weeks without release, which is new territory for us. I’m a bit nervous about this; any advice? Also, does anyone else here use chastity with similar dynamics regarding different sex drives?
