My wife and I picked up the CB-6000 last night, wearing it with the biggest ring available. At first, everything felt fine despite my large testicles, but after two or three hours some aching started in them. Pulling back on things eases the discomfort slightly. Does this mean I’m too big for the largest ring? Also, erections while wearing the device are quite painful—is that typical? My balls look normal, not blueish, just feel a bit odd.

Since there’s no manual included, should I be lubricating daily to let my penis expand into the main chamber of the CB-6000? Currently, during an erection, it stays centered rather than filling out the cage completely. Any other advice from your personal experience would be appreciated.
