Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hi there, I’ve been watching from the sidelines without a proper account for some time, and now I’m finally posting. My situation feels pretty distinct. I never shrink; I keep growing all the way. Occasionally, my size slips down enough to fit into standard cages, but that happens quite accidentally on its own. To stop this from happening naturally, I got a PA piercing for better security. But unfortunately, the first device I paired with it was too heavy, and it pulled right out of my tissue. I’m currently searching for a long-lasting option that will keep things secure permanently. Up to now, no luck yet. Can I get pierced again? If yes, what kind of piercing is ideal, and which cage pairs best with it? Thanks ahead of time for any guidance.
