Female led relationships discussion

Occasionally, there are fantasies (mostly among men) that these arrangements are binding and enforceable, often envisioned within a futuristic society. Consequently, many have entered into contracts for this purpose, including a massive thread on CM launched in 2008 filled with numerous examples of wording. One of those is indeed mine. However, they can never be fully enforceable in the vanilla sense under any jurisdiction I am aware of. At best, they serve as declarations of consent. And since consent can be revoked at any moment, to achieve near-enforceability requires lateral thinking. That is exactly what this thread addresses. For example, the KH might hold ‘collateral’ (such as photos/videos) and/or financial control over vanilla assets. This thread invites members to share how they have managed to square that circle in practice. This space is for general discussion and examples. What do others do?
