My spouse is very traditional. I’m unsure how to bring up chastity with her without putting her off entirely. Should I have a conversation about it, show her an online guide, or try something else? Any guidance would be much appreciated. Sam Martin

If you enter the conversation wanting her to do things for your benefit, it might become a real issue. However, if you sit down with your wife and say "I want our sex life to improve over time; what can I do to help that happen? What directions do you think we could explore?" Here is the key part: really listen to her. If she enthusiastically gets on board and trusts your support, she will go exactly where she wants to go. You should be proud of the journey she takes you on. Only then will you truly know if locking you up suits her nature. It worked for me, and I went exactly where I was supposed to.
