Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ve spent a good deal of time examining chastity devices. Back in the day, I tried an old CB2000 and it was awful. More recently, I picked up a budget Chinese model which also turned out to be dreadful (sharp edges, pinching issues, etc.).

The HTv3 design appeals to me, though some people argue it isn’t very hygienic for extended wear. Since I get frequent nocturnal erections, I need a shape that manages them without waking me up fully—I already deal with a sleep disorder. I stumbled upon the custom chastity ghost, which doesn’t seem to come up much in discussions here. It’s somewhat pricey, but if I’m confident it will work for me, the cost might not be such a deterrent.

I am uncircumcised, though my foreskin usually prefers staying retracted. My PA has generally been trouble-free, except for occasional ring migration (probably because I rushed upgrading my gauges).

A universal consensus seems unlikely, but I hope some feedback here can help clarify things?
