Before I get a custom device fitted for my piercing, I’m using an inexpensive HappyGo from Amazon. It doesn’t irritate my ring since there are no horizontal bars at the end. The cage measures about 1/4 inch longer than my Jailbird. It feels completely different now. Previously, I had to force it in tight; it was quite cramped with little room for any expansion. When arousal set in before, the area behind the ring would push outward, making the ring slide down and compress my testicles. Now there’s a bit of space, which seems to prevent that issue. Instead of the burning sensation I used to feel in my sac when aroused, it’s now more of a throbbing ache—reminiscent of blue balls if you know what I mean. There really isn’t another way to put it. It’s not painful exactly, but neither is it particularly comfortable; it feels like a steady, gentle pressure on the boys.
