Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I just recorded in my journal that a significant problem has surfaced, likely triggered by my Holy Trainer. I need assistance locating a replacement device because it won’t work for long-term use much longer.

I’ve been wearing the HTv2 for a little over twelve months. It was mostly trouble-free with no major issues, but twice in total I got raw red patches of skin on me. I believe moisture trapped inside the enclosed penis tube caused what amounted to nappy rash there. The red spots were terribly itchy, and I had to stay unlocked until they healed.

The second occurrence was worse and happened more recently. We didn’t lock me back in until my wife, Elle, confirmed I was fully recovered. But it seems we weren’t quite right about that. Earlier tonight, I brought Ellee to an orgasm. Afterward, we spotted blood on the quilt she had been resting on; my penis had leaked a mix of precum and blood.

Elle was shocked. A patch of skin under my shaft, roughly half the size of my thumb, turned out red, raw, and bleeding slightly. It isn’t exactly a cut, but it looks like that rash-prone area has been irritated again, much more severely this time. This occurred in just two days since I last got to wash up freely. I suspect this is partly self-inflicted due to my genital modification rather than solely the HTv2’s fault (I have a split glans and some subcision). Because of that anatomy, fluid leaks from lower down than usual, so keeping that specific area damp causes irritation. I’ve been leaking quite heavily lately as Elle has enjoyed using me.

So here is my request for help: I need to switch devices and am hoping for advice on a good HTv2 alternative. Usually, I don’t ask for guidance with these things since everyone needs different features in their cages, but any input would be greatly appreciated.

Elle has set a hard limit against piercings, so piercing-locked options are off the table. My modification also rules out a PA permanently. Clearly, I need an open-style device to allow easier cleaning while this spot heals (I won’t wear anything at all until this initial problem resolves!). As for sizing, I am a classic grower: small when flaccid and average-sized when erect. Since I live in Europe, devices sold exclusively in America aren’t feasible.
