Hello I apologize if this seems like a simple question, but are all these devices suitable for extended periods of chastity? I’ve seen that they each feature an opening for ejaculation, yet lack one specifically for urination. I assumed peeing through the ejaculation port was possible, but what is the proper method to clean it afterward? Appreciate your guidance
