I am hoping to get some advice on ring burn. Not the type normally meant by that phrase in the uk. I’ve recently ordered a new trapped ball type device, I have a number of other types with 50mm ring. I have always been able to pull out from behind them very easily. The new purchase (by mistake) has a 40mm ring. I can fit inside and I think being that much tighter if I manage to withdraw at the back while re-entering without unlocking would be quite difficult. The problem I face is a burning sensation occurring various times throughout the day. Have others experienced this issue? Will it resolve over time?
