Penis Cage and Tube Sensations

I enjoy the sensation of having my penis trapped inside a cage while being penetrated by an urethral tube, particularly when it glides along in extension relying solely on natural lubrication. After suffering three UTIs, I established a rigorous routine: boiling the device after each use and applying betadine upon reinsertion to ensure thorough sterilization of both the cage and tube, as well as the penile tip. Before putting everything back in place, I rinse them without adding any extra lube. My preferred setup is an 8mm urethral tube ending with a 10mm ball, alongside two others that are 6mm tubes.
