Security screw and super glue?

Query - the locking screw on my Contender is getting loose again. This has happened twice now, and I’d prefer to avoid it rattling completely off and disappearing. Is using a small amount of super glue really that bad? It looks like I could break it free easily enough with the wrench included in the cage kit whenever she decides I’m done for the day. But since I’m unsure…
