Penis Reduction and Wasting

Hi everyone I apologize if this question has already been answered. My KH wife would like us to switch from part-time to full-time contracted device wearing. I have read many conflicting accounts regarding whether permanent lock up can cause some penis shrinkage, how long it lasts for, and whether any lifetime side effects occur. Some degree of shrinkage is one of my KH’s goals as i have a large member and she basically struggles to fit it inside. The idea of enforced reduction appeals to me greatly. Does anyone have firm facts for us? Best
