Pain related to chastity use

I have a question about some pain I feel while locked in chastity. This has happened every time I’ve worn it. Lately, after doing some research, I believe the cause is congestive prostatitis. The excitement from being in chastity and other sexual moments builds up without leading to an orgasm, which eventually turns into discomfort. Most of this pain shows up near my kidneys. An article online explained that this referred pain likely comes from congested prostate tissue, which seems logical.

However, the man who keeps me locked doesn’t want me to release any semen and also prefers I don’t milk myself manually. So I’m curious if anyone has tips for making this situation more manageable because right now it feels like a persistent lower backache that could impact my exercise routine among other things.
