A vein that burst?

During one of my recent “trips out” with the woman holding my key, I spotted a fresh, noticeable vein swelling up on my glans (apologies for being so direct). She mentioned she’d seen it about a week earlier and attributed it to the cage. However, I hadn’t been wearing it that much at the time. Back when I used to edge frequently, something similar had appeared on the side of my shaft; I assumed then it was a ruptured blood vessel within the spongy tissue that firms up during erections. That previous spot eventually disappeared, and now I’m curious if this current one is connected. This new bump measures roughly a quarter-inch long and resembles a linear blister. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? And do you think it will just fade away on its own over time?
