Where is that urge primarily located for you?

I notice that some people feel it in their testicles, but I definitely sense it in my penis. A sensation starts after about a week and stays there constantly, whether aroused or not, building up until release is permitted. My new record for holding out without release is 10 days, so I’m unsure if the feeling keeps increasing beyond that point.
