Mature Metal discussion

I’ve secured my jailbird and now experience ache in the ball area along with lower abdominal discomfort while sleeping or when aroused. Additionally, the head seems oddly positioned within the apparatus, as the foreskin splits between the upper bar at its end (photos are available on my profile). Since I was born, one of my testicles has been notably large—specifically the left side—and although the doctor assured me there’s no cause for concern, I honestly feel like I possess more foreskin than average. Regardless, it’s easy enough to swap in a slightly bigger base ring; however, I’m unsure whether the cage itself is too small or if perhaps that specific gap size (I chose the smallest option) might be contributing to the issue. I do have the security screws on hand but am currently relying on a padlock because I take the device off and put it back frequently.
