I don’t have a circumcision. Even though I use the perineal approach and have tested different ball-trap and full-belt gadgets, nothing seems to do two things: stop me from pulling out or keep me from orgasming while locked (I can grind my way to climax in a neosteel arch:p).
My foreskin—at least mine—doesn’t mesh well with the shape of most perineal security pins. Usually, the pin goes up from underneath through the hole in the frenum or base of the glans and exits via the urethra, securing at the base rather than the tip. This method stops the lower part of a foreskin from wrapping completely around the head. Instead, it gathers into folds and wrinkles on the underside. After a few days, this causes swelling and discomfort.
For several years now, I’ve been testing perineal locking pins that connect to the device’s cap in front of the urethra, which lets the foreskin slide forward completely. None are perfect yet, but others who aren’t circumcised might find these ideas useful. (I can’t work out how to create new photo albums on my profile, so I’ll just post them here).
Usually, I sketch concepts first, then hand-make a few rough 3D prototypes using instamorph. If the idea looks good and/or if shaping the material gets too hard, I switch to CAD for more precision and use shapeways or 3dhubs to 3D-print several versions with varying sizes.
