I want to buy a Steelworxx device that includes the urethral plug for better security. I need a base ring between 36 and 40 MM, with a small cage. As an example of what works well for me, it would be like the HY V2 with its 36 MM base ring paired with the small cage. Please tell me if you have one available. I’m in the US Thank you
