I own a steel belt and appear to be sensitive to the tube material. Wearing a condom with the tip snipped off helps, but going without it causes an unpleasant red rash on my glans. I experimented with Plastidip as a coating; it was effective until it started peeling (didn’t last long). The condom option is decent but gets quite dirty fast, and sometimes urine leaks through the cut end, bringing back the rash once I remove the device. Does anyone know of any DIY coatings that hold up better? Any other suggestions?

You haven't specified which belt you have, but some brands offer a hypoallergenic coating for the tube. Best, Wendy
