I asked a similar question on another forum. But I thought more or different opinions might be available here as well. Perhaps @BlueEyes has some insights. One thing I noticed is that when cleaning while wearing it, using the Thumper method, no (or very little) soapy water flows out the end while my finger blocks the front. This makes thorough cleaning tricky. Also, after removing the tube following 24 hours, my penis appeared somewhat pale and anemic. I wonder if it was receiving adequate blood flow. Urination is not restricted or blocked in any way. However, it can be a bit messy. It doesn’t feel overly constricting either; it just feels like there isn’t much room available. I ordered a 38mm size. The next size up is 44mm, which seems likely to be too large for me. Additionally, I would say it hangs lower than my other devices. I have low-hanging testicles. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this if I order a replacement?
