Mature Metal discussion

I’m seeking advice from those of you who have a jailbird locked in with some form of PA. I’m considering this setup, but I’m hesitant because a similar device tends to pinch me. Specifically, my skin gets caught between the device and my PA ring. One issue is that most of my work pants don’t have enough room in the crotch area, so sitting down puts significant pressure on the ring. Perhaps I should wear a cup as well? lol
