Any Health Issues From Wearing a Chastity Device?

I’m looking to buy two distinct chastity devices. First up is “The Curve,” produced by the same manufacturer as the CB3000 and CB6000 models. The second option is “The Bird Cage Chastity Device.” My main concern with purchasing one or both of these items is that wearing them during daytime hours (even if just for a short stretch, say 3 to 13 hours but not overnight) might cause health issues in my penis, such as infertility or erectile dysfunction like nerve damage.
