Moisture in My Pants

My custom-built contraption positions the grill low enough in the tube to hold a folded toilet paper and keep it secure during rest periods. Since I started using the Steelheart, my trousers have been at least damp and frequently wet by evening. It isn’t urine; initially, I suspected that the tube wasn’t seating properly in the stall and leaking later on, but Chatelaine’s primary tool for this cycle has been the Dual Cock Ring. That device lacks a tube yet seems to cause even more moisture there. Plus, there is no urinary odor. I lack white underpants so it’s hard to be certain, but I believe the fluid is clear without any surface residue. My guess is trapped sweat, though because my testicles are held quite still by the SteelHeart (and tighter with the DCR), and rubbing against damp cotton for half a day likely isn’t helping the scrotal skin. The idea of wearing a panty liner makes me really uneasy. Does anyone else have different solutions or do you all swap pants during lunch?
