Extended period of chastity

Since you might have seen in my earlier update, my wife has opted for an extended period of chastity for me. I’m not sure exactly how long yet, but she is leaning towards six months.

My main query is whether it’s acceptable to cum if there are medical reasons to do so? If that is the case, does anyone know methods that allow this while also making my wife laugh?

Here are a few options I am considering:

1. She uses her strapon on me while I remain locked.
2. She watches as I ejaculate onto a plate and then must lick it all up.
3. She observes as I cum into a glass, which she can then fill with wine for me to drink.
4. She looks on as I cum in the toilet bowl, after which she uses the toilet right over top of it.

Which of these appeal to you, or do you have other suggestions?
