What is actually safe to send to someone you have never met?

Starting something remote with someone in another country. She has not asked for anything yet, which I take as a good sign, but proof of some kind is going to come up because the whole thing runs on it.

I would like to work out my own rules before I am asked, rather than deciding in the moment when I want to please someone. What do people here consider safe to send, and what do you wish you had not sent?
