Hi everyone, I’ve started needing my Bon 4 Neo back recently. I’ve always been fond of the gadget; it’s cozy and fairly secure. But that security is only moderate, which is exactly the issue. My member measures around 2-3 inches when flaccid and about 5.5 to 6 inches erect. While locked in my hard state, the Bon 4 works perfectly—secure and great. However, just like everything has its downsides, when I’m soft, I can pull out behind the ring. I’ve experimented with smaller rings, but since they don’t really adjust their size once locked, it’s quite easy for the shaft and balls to slip through. Naturally, I haven’t managed yet to get my member back into the device while it remains locked, though with sufficient lubrication and patience, I’m confident I could. The Bon 4 isn’t designed as a heavy-duty steel unit; a pair of scissors would easily snap it open. Still, that pull-out tendency doesn’t quite satisfy me. I know this is a common headache for male chastity users (those without a PA), but perhaps we can try addressing the issue again. So here’s my query: Has anyone successfully modified their Bon 4 Neo or Birdlocked device to improve its security? I’d be happy with stability akin to the CD-6000 type (which I also own), where the shaft can slide out, but the balls remain trapped. This way, if the shaft pulls out—say, during masturbation—I won’t be able to reinsert it easily, and my balls will keep the device in place. I realize the obvious solution is getting a PA piercing, but I’m not quite prepared for that yet.

1. One thought: modifying the rings so they shrink when locked. Similar to some pivoting hinge designs on metal models, but how would you achieve this with a silicone version?
2. My second idea involves placing a rigid plastic ring at the end of the shaft section and making just the outer side of the base ring hard (the part not touching your body). This should provide similar security—keeping balls trapped between the device’s shaft and base like the CB-6000—while remaining somewhat comfortable. I’m mostly picturing the final result rather than the process, though. Any thoughts?
3. Third idea: implementing a locked ring around the ball area while it sits inside the device, preventing your testicles from sliding through. Thanks for reading this lengthy post! Hope it sparked some ideas.
