Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Over the past few months, whenever I have my device on for about half a day, I notice redness and irritation developing on both my scrotum and penis. It becomes severe enough that swelling increases and fluid oozes out, forcing me to remove the cage temporarily. Initially, I suspected Jock itch and used some over-the-counter treatments without success. Then I considered yeast infection and tried those OTC remedies as well with no luck. Fortunately, it usually resolves itself after a few days, leaving behind just some white, flaky skin on my glans. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any recommendations?
