My wife and I are celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary this year. We have three lovely children and a great home. What we’ve found difficult is maintaining our relationship. Raising 3 kids creates plenty of challenges: boredom, stress, expenses, self-control, motivation, and more. There isn’t one correct way to handle it; being married while managing work and three youngsters is tough.

We married because we love each other though. About nine months ago, we began experimenting with role reversal, switching between top and bottom positions. It was enjoyable, but returning to our daily routine sometimes left me more frustrated than before. My wife felt relieved since the dynamic requires significant effort on her part.

Last year, we acquired a cb3000 device. We’ve used it occasionally for short periods of one or two days at a time. About a month ago, discussions about extending these durations began. I then noticed an online mention of a chastity agreement and was very intrigued. My wife shared that interest. We started reading them together, and I proposed we try the formal agreement rather than just simple locking for a month.

I drafted one, and we spent time revising it and adding addendums. The core idea is that I remain locked during specific periods while she controls the release. Although we have various toys available, my wife prefers using her own body more often than silicone alternatives.

I am currently experiencing my longest lock-up yet with my cb3000. My wife seems to be enjoying it greatly, though granted, only three days have passed. The initial adjustment is complete, and now we are discussing serious time ahead… I’ve found that baby oil and Eucerin help significantly. Tonight, I will test wearing my work clothes to determine what works and what doesn’t.

A few things we are managing include my self-control regarding spending, weight loss, exercise, masturbation, flirting, etc. While my wife is happy with this agreement, she does ask why it’s necessary; sometimes you need a carrot alongside the stick.
