Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

hi everyone, I’m not here long. One issue i’ve got with my cb2000 is that as soon as i move about (walking, washing up, just daily activities) my scrotum feels really tight and gives me a bit of pain from squeezing the balls against the cage:/. I feel fairly young so was wondering if this is typical for someone new to it and will it ease off once i get used to wearing it? (by the way i take it off as soon as there’s any discomfort) thanks guys.
