It appears I likely need a 40mm ring, but fitting into non-hinged devices is incredibly tough, maybe even impossible, since my scrotum is too large. I considered custom options, yet I’m unsure how to manage entering a device with that specific ring size right now. My current setup involves a Vice Mini sporting a 40mm band; it works okay but feels somewhat constricting if you know what I mean. Does anyone have suggestions? Your help would be wonderful.
