Just to start off, I’m not entirely convinced that the device I have in mind would be totally unbreakable or if this concept will work completely. I’d like some feedback on the design. I came up with it after noticing something known as the “TLC Tugger” a while ago. You should check out to see what I mean. The core idea is having one cone pressing against your glans, covered by a bigger secondary cone. When the inner cone pulls away from the body, the foreskin gets caught between them. My thought is simply adding something that locks these two cones together so the foreskin stays trapped. I own a 3D printer and have been testing various designs. Adding a threaded rod to the inner cone lets me tighten a nut against the outer one to “lock” it securely. With extra foreskin bunched up, removing the penis end becomes very hard—possible, but tough. Extending the outer cone all the way down to the body base might make escape nearly impossible. I just wanted to share this concept here for others’ thoughts. My primary worry is circulation; squeezing the two cones together tightly could cut off blood flow in the foreskin. Judging by their site, the TLC tugger avoids this issue thanks to its lighter tension.
