A customer who bought a cage that ended up being too short for him just sent me another email. Here is his message, followed by my reply.
The length of the cage falls short; I really need about half an inch more to get the perfect fit. To be honest, this has left me somewhat puzzled. During all my research and while reading through forum threads, the prevailing advice was always to subtract a half inch from your measurements for the best result. Instead of feeling snug, everything feels rather crowded inside. Perhaps I should have simply asked you!
Any guidance found online regarding how to measure for these devices is essentially just personal opinion or suggestion. Just because it worked for one person doesn’t guarantee it will work for everyone.
I’ve consistently recommended that the device length match your flaccid length, as noted in the measuring guidelines on my site…
The reason I don’t push ‘cage stuffing’ is that while it suits some individuals, it doesn’t suit all. We often can’t know if a specific person will benefit from it until their body has had time to react and give feedback.
For this reason, I’ve always viewed cage stuffing as something best reserved for experienced chastity enthusiasts who are fine-tuning their next purchase.
Ideally, the cage length allows your entire penis to rest comfortably in a “resting” position within the device—not too long or short, but just right. When the tip of the penis lightly touches the front bars, you can become aroused inside without causing discomfort.
