**Holy Trainer 3 ** Here is my take on the Holy Trainer 3. Before getting this gadget, I had only used a CB2000, Curve, and some inexpensive Chinese golden kinger models. I went with the standard size featuring a 40mm ring, but it gave me unpleasant scrotum burning. The same problem happened when I bought a 45mm ring. Picking up a 50mm ring (a pricey choice) led to another issue: slipping out (the balls). So I went back to the 45mm one and applied plenty of bethanen ointment for healing, followed by some anti-chaffing cream. It worked perfectly. I managed to keep it on for two weeks. The sole downside was that you have to take it off to clean it, which leads to odors. I also decided adding the guardian anti-pullout feature was smart; although it pinched a bit, it wasn’t hard to remove from the back. The spiked version of the guardian was much worse—quite painful and not recommended. In general, I considered it comfortable and superior to the CB models. Now I’ve switched to custom chastity - ghost. It’s an improvement, though there is no anti-pullout feature yet. I’ll be reviewing that aspect soon. A piercing seems like my next step.
