We’ve all been there. It does get easier with time; you just have to keep at it.

As a compromise, the simple hair tie can work well. Wrapped right behind the corona, it stretches enough to allow some blood flow while preventing full erections. It was this one’s first choice before Goddess approved its initial cage. Hope that helps!: )

No trouble at night, not even the first night in my Jailbird. Just ensure it is small enough to prevent an erection from occurring. After two years, I still sleep all night long. Make sure you have the correct measurements.

We tried chastity a while back with Club Fem MCD and it wasn't great. Now I have a replica of a Holy Trainer V3 in the small size. I sleep normally and like how this one fits.

Depending on the device you use, switch to a larger diameter base ring for sleeping. If the ring is too small (and it might be fine while flaccid), it will dig in and cause pain during an erection, especially if you sleep on your stomach.

In the old days, I used to get up and walk it off or have a glass of water, etc. Nowadays, if it happens, I generally need to get up anyway.

Would you believe I was so selfish it took me nearly a year to realize just how lucky I was! How silly of me, and I’m so glad BK stuck with it even when she wasn’t getting much out of it.

I now feel like your husband did... but my keyholder still insists I must stay locked at night... after two nights.. I am still struggling to sleep...

It is reasonable to expect some discomfort with an erection; as the penis enlarges, it pushes the tube away from the body, taking the base ring and testicles along with it. I might suggest his tube is slightly too long; many men report better comfort when switching to a smaller size. A shorter tube helps "curb" an erection (not eliminate it), which should minimize discomfort. Personally, I was testing out a new device that is somewhat shorter than the one I had been wearing. While I never felt pain with the old device, I could certainly notice the tube and ring being pushed away from my body. With the new device, erections went from slightly uncomfortable to barely noticeable.

Besides ensuring the cage portion is short enough, try adjusting the back ring; there are different ways to do this. First, I have had great success with ergonomic back rings like those found on the A273. Second, I have two setups where I use multiple back rings; in each case, the "daytime" size is tight and causes testicular pain during nighttime erections, so before bed I switch to the next size up. (As a bonus, on one unit (Bon4M) the rings are hinged so I can change the back ring without ever removing the shaft from the cage.) @Gigaman -- you can do this; you can make it work. It is really important, and a big step in your chastity journey, to surrender *all* of your erections to her.
