Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I just received my new cage featuring a urethral tube, and I’m eager to start using it. However, the tube itself gives me pause. I’ve come across some advice suggesting that sterilization is necessary before insertion, along with using sterile lubricant; otherwise, there’s a risk of infection, which is something I really want to avoid. Also, this cage was made in China… Could anyone here who has experience with it offer some guidance and tips?
