Alright, My girlfriend just picked up both models since we’re heading through security in early March for a concert she’s coming to as well. She’d like me to wear it during flights too. Won’t that set off the scanners? Does anyone have any tips on traveling with one of these things? I’m still a bit uneasy about it. I’m also debating the smaller size. Since she wasn’t sure which was better, she ordered both. Hopefully this will save us from an awkward moment at security checks. It seems logical that plastic wouldn’t trip metal detectors if there’s no metal lock involved. I’ve never worn one made of plastic before. It feels like it might be a bit delicate? A hammer could probably dent the steel version without much trouble. It’s such a bargain ==> Free - just cover shipping costs.
