NOTE: This only applies to Evotion’s Snap Straps. With the padlock option it’s fine. So, here’s me popping open the snap strap using a dental pick in approximately 3 seconds. Undamaged and re-lockable. I total security fail. “Inescapable without cutting” my ass. Thankfully @Thatgirl and I are on the same page when it comes to security: if I can get into and out of a device undetected whenever I feel like it then we see precisely zero point to me enduring wearing the thing in the first place. So I’m back in the padlock until @TitaniumChastiTi builds me my much anticipated Ti device. I should say, I still think the Evotions is an awesome device. But if you’re serious about security (if you pierced yourself it’s safe bet security matters to you) then skip the snap straps.
