My wife and I attended a yoga class together since she is starting to take on more of the leadership role in our ongoing FLR. Everything was fine; we left the car, waited inside for a while, and my wife felt a bit anxious as always. We went up and completed the registration paperwork because it was our first time there. I felt pretty sure-footed and didn’t give much thought to the fact that I had my CB on, which is something I usually keep worn constantly.
I managed to handle most of the poses since I’ve practiced them before, but the modified cobra gave me pause. In this posture, we lay prone on our mats. Next, we extended our arms outward like Superman and then lifted our legs high above us. This meant balancing my whole weight directly over the CB. I am fairly sure the device isn’t built to handle that specific amount of pressure. A loud crack echoed in my mind as I imagined being pierced by a shattered cage.
To cut it short, steer clear of yoga while wearing your CB.
