Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Ugh, my PA has moved! I did it myself last year and stretched the hole to 5mm. For the past couple of months, I’ve been wearing a stainless steel ring through it. I noticed some minor pain and bleeding during sex but didn’t think much about it until recently. When I checked the ring, I thought, “it’s sitting too low.” It has shifted roughly 5mm from its original spot to just behind my glans. I quickly removed the ring and left it be, hoping for healing. But so far, no luck! I believe I should have opted for a smaller size or perhaps titanium. I’m clearly concerned that using this piercing for chastity might not work anymore. In my view, without a PA, staying in chastity is impossible. Has anyone else dealt with similar issues or can give some guidance? M
