Greetings! Erik here from . I’ve been working as a goldsmith in the Netherlands for more than two decades, primarily crafting wedding bands and memorial pieces. The spark to create exquisite handmade keys out of silver and gold ignited back in October 2018 (Locktober). Naturally, my wife needed to carry an authentic key rather than some mass-produced factory one. To ensure her new lock received a proper match, I tested making a hand-forged key that would fit perfectly. It turned out beautifully. Leveraging my trade skills, I was able to shape the metal with just enough precision for it to slot smoothly into the mechanism.
