One thing has been on my mind: should the tube be long enough to accommodate a full erection? I ask because I’ve read online that smaller is often recommended for when you’re completely flaccid. However, with tighter cages, if an erection occurs, it tends to push down; while I can still get hard, it feels like there’s pressure being squished into the chastity cage.

So, should the tube be long enough to allow a full erection, or small enough to prevent erections altogether?
