Mature Metal Jail Bird Device Safety

Hello everyone, I’m considering buying a Jail Bird device from Mature Metal, but I have a question about custom chastity devices. My current generic one is affordable and works reasonably well, allowing me to ejaculate even while wearing it. However, the fit isn’t perfect; it’s slightly too short and wide for my liking, with a base ring that is also a few millimeters too broad. Is ejaculation possible through properly fitted custom devices, or does this problem mainly affect cheaper models? Thanks.
