More of a medical question...

When my scrotum is soft it holds both testicles. But when I get hard, I feel like a bump appears near the top and slightly behind each one (making two bumps in total). Once I go back to being flaccid, they disappear. Does anyone else experience this or can someone shed light on what’s going on?
