UK Tax and Duty on Jailbird Orders

Hello all. I recently bought a jailbird and it has been held up by UK customs for about four or five days. The parcel force site just says it’s being checked for import tax. Do I need to pay that tax on the device? This is my first order. If so, what are the steps? Cheers Pup patch
