Top choice for cage lubricant

What’s the top choice for lubricant to keep your cage moving smoothly with you? I’ve experimented with baby oil, standard lube, and lotion. Baby oil was decent but perhaps too slippery. The regular lube tends to become tacky after a while. While some products last longer than others, they all seem to eventually get sticky and itchy. Lotion is effective, though sweating can cause it to develop an unpleasant odor. It also causes itching. Natural lotions appear superior to the scented Bath & Body Works type.
