Muscle strain and chastity

I’m enjoying an unexpected break from chastity this week. It turns out that old saying about accidents happening at home was true…and it definitely wasn’t a fluke. As expected, groin strains and being in chastity don’t get along well. MrsL has released me with a firm promise of honor. I can barely rise from my chair without feeling like muscles are tearing away from the bone. Even more irritating is knowing about a business trip next week; I need to sort this out before then.
