Does anyone else go through this? If so, what’s your approach? With my cage on, the very end of my cock pokes out just a bit. It basically needs to stay like that for me to pee while caged. When I’m active, though, the tip gets really sensitive and rubs against my underwear, causing pain. It feels almost pinched, but I’ve checked and it isn’t actually being caught between anything. Any suggestions?
