Perineal Raphe Repeatedly Getting Cut

I’m curious if anyone else is dealing with this issue. After five days of non-stop wear (without taking it off or unlocking), I got my first cut while using an A085 device, so they let me take the device out to heal. Next, I applied a skin-safe silicone putty over the ring area where the parts connect. It’s soft but turns blue when mixed and sets in about 1 hour. Five days later, it happened again… another cut right at that same spot. I do have what you could call an upgrade: the A086 solid round ring device (waiting for a smaller ring to arrive), but I’m unsure if I’ll face the same issue with it since I can’t really test it properly while wearing both rings together. A custom-made device isn’t feasible because of my budget constraints. I seem unable to upload a clear image as the page keeps throwing an error?? (the office Wi-Fi is practically useless).
